I found this video - yesterday on Youtube, which is a presentation by Google CIO, Douglas Merrill, on "Innovation at Google" on August 1, 2007.

I have to warn you though that this video is very long. 51.47 minutes long to be exact. Even though it is very long, this video is a very good source of information on what Google is actually planning to do next. Kinda show off I must say to a certain extend. But it do SELLS.
